Returns & Exchanges
At Premium Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear choice, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all frames and sunglasses. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authenticity certificates included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack and Label
Place your eyewear inside its original hard case and shipping box, then attach the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email.
- 3.Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup to send your frames back to our inspection center.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our opticians verify the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
